Team Name Change and Dates for Epic Road Trip 2009

The State Highpoint Tequila is changing their name to the State Highpoint Tequila Team of Texas.  This change will bring several positives to the challenge; foremost of which is the new acronym SHTTT.  Additionally, we will now be able to challenge highpoint tequila teams from other states and prove our superiority in many ways.  This change, though minor will help to ensure our continued success in the arena of tequila highpointing.  Now we are not just in it for ourselves, but also for the great state of Texas.   

In other news we are currently preparing proposals to several tequila companies seeking corporate sponsorship.  Equipment costs are constantly increasing and the more ambitious our undertakings, the more equipment we need.  Any sort of sponsorships would be welcome and we would be glad to plug your company along the way.

Finally, we have the dates for Epic Road Trip 2009.  Saturday, June 27th will mark our departure with a slated return by Sunday, July 5th.  Mark your calendars and check to see if you might have what it takes to be a part of the Epic Road Trip even in part.  Available lodging in the areas in question would be an intense interest for the SHTTT.
