Upcoming Event: Driskill Mountain Louisiana

The date has been set for the completion of the Louisiana highpoint.  On January 17th, 2009 the Tequila Team will set forth from Dallas in what is being predicted to be a long day trip.  As of this writing there is currently a four member team assembled.  Others are welcome but we'll need to take two cars if the expedition grows much more.  Driskill Mountain does not pose any special problems and should be a very easy completion.  In light of the ease with which we should acquire the summit, the Tequila Team has decided to make frozen margaritas at the summit (I own a battery powered blender).  This will give us more to do with regard to logistics planning.  Additionally, Shreveport is along the route so we will probably pop in there after we finish to see what sort of fun we can have.  Be on the lookout for trip reports and photos after we finish.
